Return Policy
All sale and/or discounted items purchased online or in-store are final sale & non-refundable. We accept returns for exchange or store credit on returns postmarked within 7 days of receipt of item(s). Returned items must be full-priced, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in original condition with tags attached. Items for exchange or store credit must be shipped back insured and with tracking number at buyer's cost. Exchange items are subject to shipping and handling fees. Currently, we only offer store credit at our Venice, CA location. Email shop@milkmade.us with any questions regarding returns.
Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping (USA)
MILKMADE offers regionally pro-rated shipping on all U.S. orders by UPS Ground. Items are shipped twice weekly and have a transit time of approximately 2-7 days to major metropolitan areas. We do not process internet orders on the weekend. Orders placed on Friday usually ship out on Monday. For all orders sent via UPS Ground, a nominal handling fee of $4 will be assessed. UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day Saver, and UPS Next Day Air rates are inclusive of shipping & handling charges. All shipping rates are subject to change.
International Shipping
MILKMADE offers worldwide international shipping by USPS Air Mail. Orders are charged a variable shipping charge per item. Typical transit time is between 5-10 days, but occasionally items can experience customs delays of several weeks. In-transit tracking is not provided for your package, we can only confirm delivery. Please note that international orders are often subject to duties and taxes in addition to the price MILKMADE charges, and are billed by your country's customs department upon arrival.
