THOROCRAFT

Thorocraft is an exciting new footwear brand based out of New York, and helmed by creative director Alex James.  James describes the tenets of his design philosophy as a "continuous commitment to craftsmanship, quality, durability, and comfort". Even the name speaks to this pledge: Thoroughly crafted. While many brands are frantically trying to convince consumers of false pedigrees and imagined heritage, all in the pursuit of reinventing (and repackaging) the proverbial wheel (read: shoe), James instead has chosen to refine it and make it relevant for the contemporary man. All of Thorocraft's shoes feature leather sourced from Italy and are expertly handmade in Vietnam.
