One of the latest and most exciting brands to enter the Milkmade fold for Spring/Summer '11 is WHIT. Equally as compelling as her collections are refreshing, is WHIT designer Whitney Pozgay's design pedigree - cutting her teeth at Kate Spade (her aunt is, in fact, Kate Spade) and more recently at Steven Alan as the lead womenswear designer, Pozgay has emerged with a tempered point of view that is both whimsical and timeless.

Expanding further on the brand's Garbstore Network, Garbstore partners with kindred brand Bedwin & The Heartbreakers on the limited edition LNER Messenger Bag. Based off of Bedwin's large No. 3 size messenger and referencing Britain's London and North Eastern Railway (ca. 1923-1948), the LNER bag is constructed from luxury heavy duty canvas and features a waterproof interior along with a pullout laptop sleeve that comfortably accommodates a 15" MacBook Pro.

In an era, and an industry, where the notion of purposeful partnerships has been all but drowned out by a flood of uninspired co-branding, Garbstore continues to distinguish itself with its concerted approach to creative collaborations. For this upcoming Spring/Summer '11 season, Garbstore worked with The Heritage Belt Company (UK) to produce the WWII-inspired leather pilots tie case that houses its special edition Casio G-Shock GA-100 model watch - made expressly for Garbstore, in Japan.
Prioritizing purpose over provenance, Garbstore's upcoming series of collaborations for Spring/Summer '11 punctuates the brand's exciting, new Garbstore Network/GNO initiative.
