I went down to Santa Ana, last night, to meet Chris Alfaro (Free The Robots/The Crosby) at his restaurant, The Crosby. Right now, Santa Ana has arguably one of the most kinetic art & music scenes in Southern California, and Alfaro & The Crosby are at the very center of that movement. Everything about The Crosby--from the ambiance, to the food, to the staff, is exciting and thoughtful.
