CASH CA is a 13 year old British knitwear company helmed by former Margaret Howell and John Smedley knitwear designer Craig Alexander. With a considerable footprint in Japan, South Korea, and Hong Kong, CASH CA's Japan-only menswear collection launched in 2009 after a chance meeting between Alexander and venerated Japanese streetwear designer Kazuki Kuraishi. In 2004, Kuraishi was named creative product manager by adidas and 2009 saw the release of Kuraishi's namesake collection for adidas Originals,"ObyOKZK". Aside from his duties as creative director of CASH CA's menswear collection, Kuraishi currently oversees two collaborative ventures with Takahiro Miyashita of TAKAHIROMIYASHITATheSoloist., including one with Levi's called Levi's ® Lefthanded Jean by Takahiro Kuraishi. MILKMADE is proud and excited to be the first US outpost for CASH CA. CASH CA's Autumn/Winter '12 collection will debut at MILKMADE in the fall.
